Form Instructions
Use this form to generate an invoice or pay via credit card for conference registrations. VATIE uses the registration information to plan conference spaces and meals which have a cost.

*Late registrants will not be guaranteed an advisor gift or other perks of registering before July 8th.
If paying by purchase order or check please email or send it to the contact information below. If the school would like one invoice for all registrants please register all attendees then email the treasurer.
