$450 - Late Registration* (after July 9th)
If paying by purchase order or check please email or send it to the address in the contact information below. If the school would like one invoice for all of the registrants please register all attendees then email the treasurer so that an invoice can be generated for the school.
* Late registrants will not be guaranteed an advisor gift or the other perks of registering before July 8th.
By registering for this conference you have agreed to pay the registration fee. VATIE uses the registration information to plan conference spaces and meals which have a cost. If for some reason you are unable to attend the conference whether or not you or the school has paid, you are responsible for at minimum the per person costs incurred by VATIE for the conference.
Registrations cancellation requests may be granted through July 8th. After July 8th, a partial refund (registration fee minus per person conference cost) will only be distributed after the VATIE Board of Directors reviews each request after the business meeting concludes on Friday, July 19th. All refund requests must be received by the VATIE treasurer, [email protected], by no later than midnight Monday, July 15th or they may not be considered.
Virginia ACTE and VATIE Membership dues cannot be paid for with Perkins funding, so the $45 membership dues ($30 Virginia ACTE & $15 VATIE) has to be paid separately from conference registration.
